Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1 — Accessing the Home Dashboard
Upon logging into CyberPass, you are automatically directed to the Home page. You can also return to this page at any time by clicking the Home link in the main left-hand navigation menu.
Step 2 — Reviewing Drive Storage Usage
The first section is the Drive Storage Usage bar. This provides a clear, visual breakdown of the data stored in your CyberPass drive, categorized by data type.
Objects: General files and miscellaneous data.
Documents: Formal documents, policies, and text-based files.
Images: Visual assets, diagrams, and image-based evidence.
This view helps you manage your storage limits effectively.
Step 3 — Using the Certificate Lookup Tool
The Certificate lookup section allows you to quickly verify the validity and details of any product certificate issued through CyberPass.
Enter the full certificate number into the input field (e.g., EA2******S21F).
Click the Search button.
The system will return the corresponding product and its certification status.
Step 4 — Monitoring Recent Activity with the Audit Log
The Audit Log provides a chronological record of the most recent actions taken within your workspace. This feature is crucial for tracking compliance, security, and team collaboration.
The log includes the following columns:
Date: The date and time the action occurred.
Workspace: The specific workspace where the action was executed (e.g., your Personal Workspace or a shared CP Manufacturer workspace).
Action: The type of action performed (e.g., LOGIN, UPDATE).
Resource: The system object that was acted upon (e.g., USER).
Target: The specific user or resource affected by the action, often showing the user's profile and email.
You can click the Export button in the top right of the Audit Log section to download a copy of the activity for external record-keeping.
Key Notes
The Audit Log may display actions taken by other users if you are in a shared workspace, ensuring complete transparency for team compliance activities.
Your personal workspace profile is always visible in the bottom-left corner, showing your current login and access to Legal/Support links.
The small flags in the top-right corner indicate the current language and allow you to switch language settings.
Troubleshooting
Issue | Fix |
Drive Storage Usage is full. | Review the files in your Drive section (via the left navigation) and delete or archive any unnecessary files to free up space. |
Certificate Search returns 'Not Found'. | Double-check that you have entered the certificate number exactly as it appears. If the issue persists, the certificate may be expired, or it was not issued through CyberPass. |
I see an unfamiliar action in the Audit Log. | If the action is associated with a shared workspace, it may have been performed by a teammate. If it's your Personal Workspace, review your recent actions or contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorized activity. |
