The CyberPass Dashboard serves as your central command center, offering a high-level overview of your compliance progress, active assets, and workspace activity.
Prerequisites

Created Products
At the top of your Dashboard, you will find the Created Products metric card. This component displays a real-time counter of the total number of products (ranging from IoT devices and software applications to hardware and technological components) registered within your team workspace.
Interactive Navigation: Clicking Created Products card acts as a shortcut, instantly redirecting you to the Products section in the left-hand sidebar where you can view, manage, or add new products.
Audit Logs
Located at the bottom of the Dashboard, the Audit Log view acts as a transparent compliance ledger. It displays global, real-time activity for all members within your selected team workspace. Every key action—such as creating a product or initiating a certification procedure—is timestamped and tracked here to preserve an immutable audit trail for compliance standards like EUCC.
Key Notes
Real-Time Data: All KPIs and progress bars update instantly as actions are completed within the platform.
Universal View: Dashboard views are identical for all roles within a team workspace, ensuring the entire team sees the same source of truth.
Troubleshooting
Issue | Fix |
KPIs show "0" unexpectedly. | Verify you are in the correct workspace. Switching workspaces filters all data dynamically. |
Certificate won't download. | Ensure the status is Certified or In Force. Expired or Withdrawn certifications may have restricted access. |
