Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1 — Selecting Your Workspace

Dashboard data is workspace-specific. Ensure you have selected the correct workspace (e.g., CP Manufacturer) from the left-hand sidebar to view its unique KPIs and evaluation statuses.

Step 2 — Reviewing High-Level KPIs

The top section of your dashboard features eight real-time tiles providing a snapshot of your workspace’s productivity and compliance health. These metrics update instantly as actions occur within the workspace.

  1. Created Products: Displays the total number of product entries currently in your library.

  2. Certified Products: Shows the total count of products that have successfully completed the certification flow and hold valid status.

  3. Received Invitations: Tracks total invitations received by labs for a product vendor or manufacturer to conduct an initial evaluation assessment.

  4. Submitted Proposals: Reflects the total count of evaluation assessments sent to a lab for review or formal certification action.

  5. Created Opportunities: Identifies new certification or business prospects initiated within the workspace.

  6. Sent Invitations: Monitors total invitations sent out specifically by a lab to a vendor or manufacturer.

  7. Received Proposals: Displays assessment or certification proposals submitted to your organization for review, often from external testing labs or internal teams.

  8. Compliant Proposals: Highlights proposals that have successfully passed review and meet all required cybersecurity criteria (e.g., RED, ETSI EN 303 645), signaling they are ready for final approval.

Step 3 — Analyzing Evaluation Statuses

The Evaluation Status donut chart provides a visual breakdown of your entire portfolio's health. Each status represents a specific phase of the compliance journey:

Status

Description

1. Ongoing

Documentation and evidence gathering are currently in progress by the provider and are not yet complete.

2. Submitted

All information has been sent and is awaiting formal review or assessment by the lab.

3. Reviewing

The lab is actively reviewing the submitted documents, results, or compliance evidence.

4. Inconclusive

The assessment could not reach a result due to missing information; further action is required to clarify the process.

5. Certified

The product has successfully met all requirements for the standard and is officially certified.

6. Failed

The assessment did not meet the necessary criteria, and remediation is required before retrying.

7. Archived

The record is kept for reference but is no longer active for current compliance activities.

8. In Force

The certification is currently valid, active, and in effect.

9. Expired

The validity period has ended, and renewal or re-assessment may be required.

10. Withdrawn

The certification has been removed and is no longer recognized as valid.

11. Suspended

The certification is temporarily on hold, often due to non-compliance, until issues are addressed.

Step 4 — Managing Evaluations with Action Icons

The Evaluation table allows you to interact directly with individual product records. Use the Actions column to perform the following:

  1. Toggle Watchlist (Heart Icon): Add or remove a product from your personal watchlist for priority tracking under the Certifications section.

  2. View Certificate (Document Icon): For products marked "CERTIFIED," click this to view and download the final evaluation certificate.

  3. Continue Evaluation (Play Icon): For "ONGOING" assessments, click this to resume the process (e.g., Setup, Scope, or Evidences) from where you last left off.

Key Notes

  • Real-Time Data: All KPIs and progress bars update instantly as actions are completed within the platform.

  • Universal View: Dashboard views are identical for all roles within a shared workspace, ensuring your entire team sees the same source of truth.

  • Evaluation Labels: Certificates often include QR codes for easy external verification by third parties.

Troubleshooting

Issue

Fix

KPIs show "0" unexpectedly.

Verify you are in the correct workspace. Switching workspaces filters all data dynamically.

Play icon is missing.

The "Play" icon only appears for evaluations with an Ongoing status. If the status is Reviewing, the lab has control of the document.

Certificate won't download.

Ensure the status is Certified or In Force. Expired or Withdrawn certifications may have restricted access.
