How to Reach Us

You can access our support hub directly within CyberPass by clicking the Headset Icon located in the top right corner of your dashboard. Once opened, you have three ways to get the answers you need:

  • Search for Help: Use the search bar to find instant answers across our extensive library of guides—from account activation to workspace management.

  • Send us a Message: Start a direct conversation with our support team for personalized assistance.

  • Track Conversations: View your previous tickets and ongoing discussions in the Messages tab.


Support Availability

Our team is dedicated to providing timely and effective solutions during the following hours:

  • Hours of Operation: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Paris Time / CET).

  • Response Time: We aim to respond to all inquiries within one business day (excluding weekends).

Pro Tip: If you’re reaching out outside of business hours, feel free to leave your message anyway! We’ll dive into it as soon as we’re back online.
