How do I access CyberPass for the first time?

If your email is already in the CyberPass database (notified by the team), visit app.cyberpass.com, enter your registered work email, and request a one-time password (OTP) sent to your inbox for initial login.

What happens after I log in with the OTP

You'll be automatically prompted to set up a mandatory passkey using your browser's native WebAuthn dialog, enabling secure, phishing-resistant logins for future sessions via biometrics or device PIN.

What if I don't receive the OTP email?

Check spam/junk folders first, then request a new code from the login screen; if issues persist, verify your email with a CyberPass admin as it must match the registered vendor database entry.

Can I use a different email for my personal profile than the one used for company contact?

Yes. Your User Detail email is used for your personal login and direct notifications, while the Company Detail email is intended for public-facing business inquiries and official correspondence.

If I turn off "AI Compliance Suggestions" in Preferences, will it affect my teammates?

No. Preferences are user-specific. Changing your AI Assistant options or Notification settings only affects your personal view and experience; your teammates will still see the AI features they have enabled.

Does changing the language flag change the language of my uploaded documents?

No. The language selector changes the CyberPass interface (buttons, menus, and system labels). It will not translate the text within your uploaded documents.
