This guide explains how to generate a unique Purchase Code within the CyberPass. These codes act as a digital payment method, allowing users to unlock and proceed with specific evaluation steps within a certification flow.
Prerequisites
Workspace Admin permissions are required to access administration settings.
An active agreement with the sales team regarding the number of allowed certifications.
Identification of the target Workspace and the specific Evaluation Type needed.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1 — Access Purchase Code Administration
From the main sidebar, expand the Administration menu and select Purchase Codes.
Step 2 — Initiate Code Generation
On the Purchase Codes dashboard, click the Generate Code button located in the top right corner of the interface.
Step 3 — Define Code Parameters
Fill in the required fields in the generation pop-up:
Workspace: Select the specific manufacturer or entity workspace.
Purchased Action: Select the specific evaluation type (e.g., EN18031 - RAL - Lab Assessment).
Quantity: Enter the number of codes required based on your sales agreement.
Click Generate to finalize.
Step 4 — Secure and Distribute the Code
Once generated, the code will appear in the list with a READY status when generated and ACTIVATED status when used. Use the Copy icon under the Actions column to copy the code to your clipboard.
Step 5 — Apply Code to Product Evaluation
Provide the code to the user performing the evaluation. They must enter it into the Purchase code field during the Payment stage of the Product Evaluation flow to proceed.
Key Notes
Workspace Specific: Purchase codes are strictly tied to the workspace they were generated for and cannot be used by other entities.
Evaluation Matching: A code generated for a specific "Purchased Action" (e.g., Lab Assessment) will only work for that specific step in the certification flow.
Audit Tracking: All code generation and consumption events are recorded in the system Audit Log for transparency.
Troubleshooting
