Dashboard Menu Overview

This guide provides an overview of how to interpret real-time compliance metrics and manage ongoing assessments from your central dashboard. By mastering these tools, you can track certification lifecycles and quickly access essential evaluation documents.


Prerequisites

  • Active CyberPass account.

  • Access to a specific shared or personal workspace.

  • Basic understanding of your product portfolio.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1 — Selecting Your Workspace

Dashboard data is workspace-specific. Ensure you have selected the correct workspace from the top left-hand sidebar to view its unique KPIs and evaluation statuses.

Step 2 — Reviewing High-Level KPIs

The top section of your dashboard features two real-time tiles providing a snapshot of your workspace’s productivity and compliance health. These metrics update instantly as actions occur within the workspace.

  1. Created Products: Displays the total number of product entries currently in your library.

  2. Certified Products: Shows the total count of products that have successfully completed the FIDO certification flow and hold valid status.​

Step 3 — Analyzing Evaluation Statuses

The Evaluation Status donut chart provides a visual breakdown of your entire portfolio's health. Each status represents a specific phase of the compliance journey:

1. Ongoing

Documentation and evidence gathering are currently in progress by the provider and are not yet complete.

2. Submitted

All information has been sent and is awaiting formal review or assessment by the lab.

3. Reviewing

The lab is actively reviewing the submitted documents, results, or compliance evidence.

4. Inconclusive

The assessment could not reach a result due to missing information; further action is required to clarify the process.

5. Certified

The product has successfully met all requirements for the standard and is officially certified.

6. Failed

The assessment did not meet the necessary criteria, and remediation is required before retrying.

7. Archived

The record is kept for reference but is no longer active for current compliance activities.

8. In Force

The certification is currently valid, active, and in effect.

9. Expired

The validity period has ended, and renewal or re-assessment may be required.

10. Withdrawn

The certification has been removed and is no longer recognized as valid.

11. Suspended

The certification is temporarily on hold, often due to non-compliance, until issues are addressed.


Key Notes

  • Real-Time Data: All KPIs and progress bars update instantly as actions are completed within the platform.

  • Universal View: Dashboard views are identical for all roles within a team workspace, ensuring the entire team sees the same source of truth.


Troubleshooting

Fix

KPIs show "0" unexpectedly.

Verify you are in the correct workspace. Switching workspaces filters all data dynamically.

Certificate won't download.

Ensure the status is Certified or In Force. Expired or Withdrawn certifications may have restricted access.
